Ranked Among Us uses account, connection and game records to connect players, run ranked matches, calculate ratings and investigate problems.
What we store
- Discord account
- Your Discord ID, username, avatar reference and first website sign-in time. Discord sign-in requests the identify permission.
- IP address and history
- Your approved IP address, previous and current IP validation records, and validation times. These connect your personal game access to your Discord account and enforce the one-account-per-IP rule.
- Device and mod information
- Connection records include your platform and game version. The mod reports its compatibility version, operating-system description, GPU name, plugin count and up to eight loaded plugin IDs and versions. These reports are self-reported diagnostics, not proof of client integrity.
- Match and connection data
- Player names and IDs, roles, recorded positions and gameplay events, results, ratings, statistics, lobby and connection times, flags and result corrections.
- Moderation records
- Player and staff IDs, reasons, evidence, actions and case history. Related moderation discussions can also be stored in Discord.
Who can see it
Completed match results and replays can be public, including player names, account IDs, roles and recorded gameplay. Signed-in players can view player profiles. Public match responses do not include IP addresses, device reports, authentication information or private chat.
Detailed connection journals and IP histories are restricted to administrators and the owner. Staff access to individual player logs and personal region downloads is recorded.
How long we keep it
Account information, IP history, connection and device reports, match data and moderation records currently have no automatic age-based deletion.
The necessary sign-in cookie expires after seven days. Temporary Discord sign-in state expires after five minutes. Signing out ends the current session; it does not delete your account or match history.
Request deletion or ask a question
Contact staff or the owner, 0yy, in the Ranked Among Us Discord server. Include your Discord ID and say which information you want reviewed or deleted. Do not post your IP address or other private details in a public channel.
Requests are reviewed manually by staff or the owner. The Discord link opens the server for existing members.
